Compliance & Risk (Banking & Financial Services)Full timeReporting to our General Manager Legal & Governance, the Compliance Manager is responsible for leading AMP's compliance function and ensuring we meet our regulatory standards. The Compliance Manager drives business strategy by partnering with our teams to provide timely and pragmatic compliance advice and guidance. This role:Creates and evolves our compliance frameworks based on regulatory best practicePartners across the business to influence and drive excellence in complianceOversees Compliance Governance and preparation of Board papersLeads a small team of Compliance SpecialistsActs as the AML/CFT Compliance Officer for AMPPeople leadership experience in driving high-performing teamsWorking knowledge of the regulatory environment in which AMP operates (Financial Markets Conduct Act and Financial Markets Authority)Experience in change management and transforming compliance frameworksDemonstrated influencing skills across all levels of a businessWho we are – ko wai tatauWe're a leading provider of KiwiSaver, helping our clients to determine the best strategies to reach their financial goals.
