Compliance Manager

Our Compliance Manager position is a key member of our compliance and site management team.
You will be responsible for overseeing our commitment to delivering the highest quality standards.
Reporting to the Assistant Plant Manager, you will ensure the company's internal procedures are current and implemented to meet regulatory, company, and customer standards.
You will be well supported through our wider group of Compliance Managers.
You will build strong working relationships with our production team and food safety authorities.
You will lead and support our technical team, ensuring continuous improvement in areas of compliance, HACCP, and animal welfare.
Key Responsibilities: Sound knowledge of technical and compliance requirements for a modern meat plant, either through tertiary qualification or broad-based work experience.
Strong people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of HACCP principles and application.
Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems and databases.
Great communication and organisational skills.
The ability to listen to feedback and implement change where required.
Friendly, positive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure at times.
