With our current Southland Community Manager taking up an exciting new role elsewhere in our organisation, we now have a fantastic opportunity for YOU to lead the team that delivers these services, making a meaningful difference in our communities.Au Mahi - What You Will DoBased from our Invercargill Centre, as a Community Manager, you'll lead our client facing operations across the Southland region.
You'll oversee:The team who engage with, advocate for and co-ordinate services for those affected by cancerWhanau support, community development and engagementYour days will be varied - you'll meet a lot of people and make connections with a wide range of community organisations.Mohou ake - About YouAt the top of our wishlist is that you have experience leading a team in a healthcare or community setting, can effectively manage operational activities to ensure quality service delivery, and have exceptional people and interpersonal skills.
While experience in healthcare or community is highly desirable, we're open and keen to hear from suitably skilled candidates from other sectors.This role works directly with our community, so you'll have a level of comfort working in this space.
Going hand in hand with this is the ability to connect and build relationships with a wide range of people.
You'll be joining a team who are dedicated to supporting the community they live and work in.
