Commercial Product Manager

Responsibilities:Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers.Develop and implement product strategies, oversee reporting and stock levels, and collaborate with the commercial team to achieve business goals.Execute pricing strategies and lead negotiations to optimise commercial outcomes.Lead RFP processes to identify new suppliers and fill market gaps.Use spreadsheets and forecasting tools to track performance and support decision-making.Work effectively with internal teams to drive overall business success.
Key Experience:Proven experience in a Food & Nutrition or related industry, with a strong understanding of the supplier and ingredients market landscape.Demonstrated ability to drive commercial results through strategic supplier management.Strong negotiation skills, with experience managing complex supplier relationships.Highly structured and organised, with excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well within a team environment.
