About the Role | Mo te Turanga
In this role you'll join Woolworths NZ's product community to contribute, learn, share and become a product evangelist at our organisation.
You'll be accountable for delivering end to end business and customer value by owning the product strategy, discovery and delivery of our online Delivery Experience.
You'll understand the product deeply; its customers, value potential, roadmap, lifecycle and performance; and share this with clarity and enthusiasm around our business.
In addition to the above, you will be also responsible for:
Collaborating across Squads, Tribes and wider Business Stakeholders to deliver consistently connected, personalised and easy experiences.
Leading the Delivery Experience squad through outcome focused discovery, delivery and scaling.
Working in collaboration with the Operations team and stakeholders to achieve world class customer and team experiences.
Fostering a sustainable culture of high performance and lead by example.
Deeply understand your product; its customers, value potential, roadmap, lifecycle and performance; and share this with clarity and enthusiasm around our business.
Team up effectively with all parts of our business to maximise end-to-end value.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who enjoys inspiring and motivating teams to deliver innovative solutions.
To succeed in this role you will:
Be data driven, customer obsessed and outcome focused.
Know how to build product value through experimentation and iteration.
Have experience constructing product strategies and securing buy-in and support across the business.
Be an advocate for fully-empowered product teams.
Be a confident coach, helping others embed great practices.
