Role Overview As Office Manager, you'll oversee essential operations, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service and compliance. Key Responsibilities Health & Safety Management: Lead health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with Prequal and SiteWise standards, and keep clients and team members informed of safety initiatives. Operational Oversight: Manage daily office operations and support key staff, including Evacuation Coordinators and accounts personnel, to keep processes smooth and on target. Team Leadership: Engage and motivate the team with regular performance reviews, weekly work summaries, and a culture of accountability. Client Relations & Problem-Solving: Act as the first point of contact for client issues, resolving or escalating matters to senior management to ensure swift and satisfactory outcomes. Performance Optimisation: Collaborate with the accounts team, streamlining administrative tasks to enhance efficiency. Strategic Leadership in Meetings: Lead monthly reviews to celebrate achievements and set targets, occasionally stepping in for senior management as needed. Documentation & Compliance: Keep essential operational documents up-to-date, including our 'How To' manual, ensuring best practices are consistently maintained. Who We're Looking For Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in office or operations management, with a track record of team leadership and operational oversight. Health & Safety Expertise: Familiarity with health and safety standards, including relevant compliance frameworks.
