Description Are you a motivated individual with a passion for sales and the tourism experience industry? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our team. As NZ Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving revenue and building strong relationships with customers. If you have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, technology savvy, with tourism knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through prospecting, networking, and converting leads into bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate closely with the NZ CEO (based in NZ) and the Business Development Manager in Singapore to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Conduct regular sales meetings, train and motivate the team to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive client database, track sales activities and prepare accurate sales reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to build a strong professional network.
Requirements Proven experience in sales within the tourism/entertainment industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
