Business Analyst – Sustainability

Contract Business Analyst Job DescriptionThe Contract Business Analyst with Supply Chain and ideally with sustainability experience for a 12 month+ contract with 3 days a week on site in Tauranga (3 days a week for first 3 months then 3 days every fortnight) is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and mapping the future state of the business for the company's core cloud-based SAP ERP applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the supply chain and business analysis principles.Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholdersDevelop and maintain business process modelsMap business processesCreate and maintain requirements specificationsWork with stakeholders to validate requirementsCoordinate with other members of the project team to ensure that requirements are metQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field2+ years of experience as a business analyst ideally with SAP cloud-based ERP (or other cloud-based ERP systems) in large multi-national companiesExperience in a Supply Chain environment ideally with a sustainability backgroundExperience with SignavioExperience gathering requirements, process mapping, designing and facilitating workshopsStrong understanding of the supply chain or food safety qualityUnderstanding of different SDLC methodologies and cloud-based software solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools
