Non-Negotiables
Minimum of 4 years' planning experience, preferably in development planning or local government
Strong understanding of the Resource Management Act (RMA)
Tertiary qualification in planning or a related field
Desirables
Familiarity with Rotorua District Plan and local planning processes
Experience in stakeholder engagement and public consultation
Membership with the New Zealand Planning Institute (NZPI)
