Learn more at www.ingrammicro.com.About role : As Ingram's Assistant Product Manager for IBM's Technology Lifecycle Services (TLS) your attention to detail and ability to build and maintain healthy working relationships with IBM's TLS Renewals Management team and Ingram channel partners will set you apart from the rest. Your key focus will be to handle the end-to-end TLS & MVS processes for the vendor, including contract management, quoting, invoicing, invoice reconciliation, and escalating issues up to Ingram's TLS Business Manager. You will provide weekly updates on the 'contracts' pipeline and assist with the preparation of quarterly reporting on the overall TLS business for us in Quarterly Business Reviews with the Vendor.Key Responsibilities:Manage the IBM TLS renewals pipeline to help achieve revenue & gross margin targets each month, whilst providing support to the TLS Business Manager to achieve IBM's Operational Performance KPIs as set by the Vendor.Responsible for Quote Management to ensure IBM proposal matches entitlements and end-user client's requested support services.Notify IBM Resellers of their upcoming expiring maintenance contracts.Manage additions/removals and add to base agreements, to provide up-to-date documents which reflect all changes to the Reseller to ensure ongoing accuracy.Support TLS Business Manager to perform 'contract reconciliations' where required to resolve disputes.Support IBM HW BDM & SA to provide up-front support quotes at the time of sale.Manage end of support notifications to contract agreements ensuring early visibility for Reseller and End-user.Manage IBM Conga renewals dashboard to ensure '90-day in Advance Quoting'.Run weekly renewal report via Conga and provide to TLS Business Manager.Follow up with Resellers on all outstanding contract renewals and provide updates to TLS Business Manager.Manage annuities in the CRM tool to reflect changes within the lifecycle of contracts.What You'll BringProven quoting and/or contract administration experience.Experience and knowledge of the IT industry and/or reseller channel landscape.Strong attention to detail with a focus on providing accurate information.Ability to identify business priorities and plan accordingly.Working knowledge of Excel with the ability to create weekly reports and forecasts.Ability to understand and execute business strategies.Strong communication and self-organisation skills.Self-confidence and good relationship-building skills.What's On OfferYour growth is our priority.
