About the Position
We are looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager for our two restaurants located in Te Anau. The position is a hands-on role working with a dedicated team. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the efficient running and profitability of Radhas Indian Restaurant and Thai Anau Restaurant in Te Anau, and lead the restaurant team. This role would ideally suit a person looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Requirements
Have a tertiary qualification in hospitality management or related discipline
Hold a manager certificate
Have a minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality
This job is on a full-time and permanent basis
Be able to work on weekends, public holidays, and late hours
Have sound knowledge of hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
Have excellent communication and cross-cultural communication skills
Be customer service oriented
Be self-motivated and have great problem-solving skills
Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, coupled with outstanding organizational skills
Knowledge about the food control plan
