The position is a hands-on role working with a dedicated team. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the efficient running and profitability of Radhas Indian Restaurant and Thai Anau Restaurant in Te Anau, and lead the restaurant team. This role would ideally suit a person looking to take the next step in their career.Key RequirementsHave a tertiary qualification in hospitality management or related disciplineHold a manager certificateHave a minimum of 1 year experience in hospitalityThis job is on a full-time and permanent basisBe able to work on weekends, public holidays, and late hoursHave sound knowledge of hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standardsHave excellent communication and cross-cultural communication skillsBe customer service orientedBe self-motivated and have great problem-solving skillsThrive in a fast-paced work environment, coupled with outstanding organizational skillsKnowledge about the food control planIf you wish to work in this new, dynamic, challenging, and busy environment and have the attributes above, we'd love to hear from you.
