Our busy Napier workshop needs an experienced coordinator to oversee our daily workshop operations. This role involves organising schedules, managing workflow, and being the key point of contact between our service team, customers, and other departments.

What You'll Do:
Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
Schedule and prioritize repair and maintenance jobs to maximize efficiency.
Provide clear communication between technicians, sales staff, and customers.
Ensure all vehicles meet quality standards before returning to customers.
Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, job progress, and service reports.
Support the service team with any technical or operational challenges.
Work closely with management to optimize workshop performance.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a workshop or service coordinator role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.
Solid problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
Tech-savvy with experience in digital systems and workshop management software.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to exceed expectations.
