Role overview Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this position is crucial to the successful delivery of plumbing projects. It requires a strong grasp of construction processes, sharp commercial acumen, a clear understanding of contracts, and the ability to establish, support, and optimise project delivery workflows.
What does this look like? Manage plumbing contract delivery, alongside Operations Manager
Maintain ongoing work opportunities through current business delivery standards and quality
Manage project reporting, checkpoints, and financial reporting to a high standard
Support the planning of all TW Plumbing operations and schedules to ensure deadlines are met
Oversee and support the supervision of contractors and subcontractors, providing guidance when needed
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues and hazards
What do you need to succeed? A minimum of 5 years' experience managing contracts within the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction contracts and relevant legislation
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in construction cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
