Building and nurturing relationships with potential candidates, you'll ensure a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Your role will also include evaluating candidates' qualifications and cultural fit, providing administrative support, maintaining our applicant tracking system (Manatal), and coordinating pre-employment screenings.HR Administration & SupportYour expertise will contribute to planning and executing engaging and inclusive employee events, fostering a positive workplace culture. You'll manage employee records, handle inquiries, coordinate training programs, and assist with recruitment and onboarding. Additionally, you'll help implement and maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting risk assessments and coordinating training.Office Administration & SupportIn this role, you'll manage office documentation, draft and edit correspondence, and coordinate meetings and appointments. You'll ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and oversee equipment maintenance.
