About The Role:
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR activities within the organisation. The HR Manager will work closely with our MD & senior management to support organisational growth and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting open communication.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance on performance improvement plans and career development.
Policy Development: Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and alignment with industry best practices.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, oversee payroll processes, and ensure compliance with all HR-related documentation.
Culture & Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and company events to strengthen team cohesion and morale.
Health & Safety: Manage on-site incidents from start to finish, including documentation, medical arrangements, incident reports, and updates to the CRM.
Internal HR Matters: Address staffing issues within Franklin Smith, ensuring a harmonious workplace.
