Right now, we're on the hunt for a People & Performance Advisor to add their breadth of knowledge to the team as we undergo these exciting changes as a result of our merger.
About you
You must have at least 3-5 years' experience at HR advisory level (ER experience is essential) to hit the ground running; partnering with People Leaders across the network to provide support and advice across the full generalist remit. You'll be well supported to get stuck in and hit the ground running. With loads of autonomy to manage your day-to-day work, this role could see you handling various ER issues and coaching our leaders, through to developing projects that contribute to the strategic and operational success of the wider network.
As a true people person, you'll have a winning sense of humour and be a true team player who is approachable, able to influence and constructively challenge. You'll also have some technical knowledge and confidence in ER processes with full support as needed.
