Utilising Daily Coverage to meet established business rules, employment agreements and HR policies relating to hours of work, breaks etc.As a Workforce Analyst you will manage any day-to-day variations in the roster as a result of unscheduled absences from duty, negotiated changes of duty, leave requirements, or other operational contingencies to ensure that the roster remains accurate and effective in meeting the workload demands on the District.The Workforce Analyst will liaise with key stakeholders to build trust and confidence in Workforce Management.Key Accountabilities:Effectively manage competing priorities and demands and maintain quality of work under strict timeframes.Develop and maintain positive relationships.Lead by example with a committed, positive attitude towards teamwork and professional development.He aha taau e kawe mai | What you'll bringA knowledge of UKG (formerly Kronos) would be advantageous but not essential.Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure.Due to the operational nature of our business can work to short deadlines.This role is based in Central District Headquarters, Palmerston North area. Some travel may be required.New Zealand or Australian citizenship, or a permanent NZ resident.Hold a full driver license.Note – a tertiary qualification is not a requirement.
