As an administrator at Whangaia Nga Pa Harakeke, you will be responsible for supporting our wider group of teams which work in a multi-agency approach that ensures families experiencing family harm get the support and assistance they need from government agencies and local community services. The administrator is pivotal to the daily operation of our work.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide administrative support for the Whangaia Nga Pa Harakeke team, including the accurate and timely entry of family harm data in the appropriate case management system.
Support the daily operational administrative functions to enable the multi-agency team members to focus on problem solving and actions to support family safety.
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships at all levels.
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the team and external stakeholders.

Has excellent computer skills and demonstrates confidence and high levels of competence with new computer systems.

Whakaritenga motuhake | Special requirements
Previous experience using Police systems is desirable but not essential.
Please note, this role is a Locally Advertised Position (LAV) and is only open to applicants within Southern District.
Preferred applicant must be Dunedin based.
This role is set at Individual Contributor level , this means your key purpose is "to deliver or enable others to deliver Our Business".

Utu a-tau | Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $63,526 and $66,312 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
