The Lorneville Plant has an exciting opportunity to join our HR Team as a Plant Support Administrator.
Role Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Plant HR Admin Manager, your role will be to support the day-to-day plant operations, which will include:
Providing high-level support and coordinating the injury prevention pathway for employees on plant.
Processing high volumes of incoming requests through collaboration with the HR and Management Team.
Proactively supporting the digital content strategy and event coordination.

Minimum Requirements:
We are looking for a confident and self-starter individual, who is process and data-driven to excel in this role. You will have previous experience in administration and/or HR within an operational environment and hold a relationships qualification, alongside:
Excellent administrative and organization skills.
A high level of communication skills, and the ability to relate with a broad range of stakeholders across the business.
Tech-savvy – able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and databases.
Being a natural problem solver, who is also adaptable.
Having strong attention to detail and understanding its importance in day-to-day activities.
