ProCare have launched Comprehensive Primary Care Team (CPCT), a pioneering model aimed at enhancing health equity by expanding service access through innovative roles within existing general practice teams.This initiative is fully funded through to end of June 2025 and integrates allied health, social work, paramedics, and pharmacy professionals into practices to better serve Maori and Pacific whanau. Funding supports free patient access to essential services, easing pressure on GP teams while improving on-site family-focused care.About the RoleAs the Whanau Voice Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying the voices of whanau.
