The restaurant will be open for dinner and also offers an all-day bar and snack menu, and breakfast for hotel guests.The main dining room seats 85 with additional courtyard, bar and loggia seating.About youYou'll likely be someone with at least 2 years' experience working as a bartender and have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service and provide an unforgettable experience! You'll be flexible to work our busy rosters and support your team in providing excellent bar service. General Managers Licence and LCQ is essential.About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for someone to join The Grill's newly created team as a Senior Bartender. Ideally, you'll be someone who has at least 2 years of bartending experience and loves to show off your cocktail making skills and have an impressive wine & spirit knowledge.
