We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Manager to join their stellar team.The role:As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the safe and efficient storage, handling, and distribution of the Building Agency's products.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.Collaborate with the Sales, Administration & Shipping and Customer Service teams.Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff to drive a high level of productivity.Implement and enforce warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices to optimise efficiency and reduce errors.Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, order accuracy, and stock rotation.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics (e.g., inventory accuracy, order processing times) and take corrective actions as needed.Manage the maintenance and organisation of warehouse equipment.Who we need:Ideally you'll be a self-starter, with warehouse/logistics operations management or supervision experience. You'll be familiar with warehouse management systems and understand how technology can enhance efficiency for both the team and customers. Experience with Bar Coding tech would be desirable.You'll be used to delivering to KPIs and have excellent problem solving and team management skills.
