This is a senior role for the Auckland business with the primary customer being Vector. This role will provide services for the three business units within Auckland ensuring consistent delivery across the greater Auckland business.
The role Reporting to the General Manager Northern Contracting, as the Business Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for providing leadership, management and delivery of all tendering works for Customer Initiated and Capital Projects, meeting Northpower's and our clients' expectations relative to the agreed performance targets and contractual obligations. The level of work being bid on via this team is circa $150 - $200M p.a.
You will be pivotal in embedding operational excellence across our Auckland Region Contracting teams. You'll focus on management practices that build a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

You will have a wealth of operational experience, at least 10 years, across electrical distribution networks where you can build and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with consistency and composure to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
