Job Description: Shuttlerock is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Virtual Assistant at Shuttlerock, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members remotely. This role is perfect for an independent and resilient individual with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Manage calendars and appointments for team members.2. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.3. Prepare and organize documents and reports.4. Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.5. Assist with researching and compiling information for projects.6. Help with scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes.7. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements:1. 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.4. High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability.5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.7.
