What does a VIP Host do? Build and develop solid relationships with SkyCity's premier Gaming Machine customersAssist customers with any booking requests i.e Restaurants, Hotels, travelPromote marketing events & activitiesEnsure our customers are gaming responsibly. Proactively monitoring all guests and also acting on continuous play/stay alerts and reports.Would you make a good Host? Are you; A friendly and outgoing person who knows how to go the extra mileA strong verbal communicator who is comfortable approaching people & making conversationSensitive and empathetic to other's needsSomeone who has pride in their appearance with a professional imageOver 20 years of age with a good credit historyAvailable to work a range of shifts, particularly over nights & weekends on our 24/7 rotating rosterSomeone who has a proven track record in customer facing rolesFrench speaking is advantageous for this roleWhat are the perks?
