Venue Manager

We are looking for an experienced Venue Manager to run the day-to-day operation of our busy Kapiti Coast Cafe. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in managing similar venues, be skilled in managing shifts of up to 15 people, and have experience in rostering and cost management.
You will be responsible for:
Rostering/hiring of new staff
Training of all staff to our standards
Managing costs within the business
Managing general maintenance
Marketing
Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business at all times
This is a full-time position, 5 days per week. The hours and days of work may vary and will include weekends.
