About The Role We are delighted to announce a new exciting opportunity for a motivated User Experience (UX) Designer to join our amazing Product team. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for developing and delivering UX strategies to ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience across all touchpoints of our digital products and advice services.
Working closely with the product managers and across the business, you will oversee and provide guidance throughout the product design process from research to final delivery to ensure that our customer insights are integrated into our service design and product roadmaps. You will also conduct user research, testing and gather feedback & insights and make recommendations for continuous improvements that are innovative, industry leading and aligned with our business objectives.
As a UX Designer, you will:
Develop and implement a customer experience strategy for both digital products and advice services, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive experience across all touchpoints. Lead customer journey mapping to identify key pain points and areas for improvement. Collaborate closely with the Product Team, Advice Services, and Marketing to ensure that customer insights are integrated into service design and product roadmaps. Oversee the UX design process within the Product Team, from research to final delivery, ensuring all designs align with business goals and customer expectations. Design user interfaces that enhance the experience across platforms (web and mobile) Conduct user research, usability testing and review customer feedback for both digital products and advice services, gathering insights to drive continuous improvements. About You You will be a people focused UX/UI professional with proven experience developing and delivering customer/user experience initiatives within a product development environment.
You are passionate about people experience and are committed to continuously improving user journey by putting our customer at the heart of decisions throughout product development/improvement. You also thrive in a collaborative environment and are able to work and communicate effectively across departments to align on user experience goals.
Other qualities that may help you succeed in this role:
Tertiary qualification in design, digital or other relevant discipline Expertise in creating and leading UX strategies across digital products Experience conducting user research, usability testing and collecting feedback Experience in UI design for digital products desirable Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) Experience in agile product development processes and the ability to integrate design work into agile cycles Data-Driven and ability to use data insights to guide design decisions and measure impact of improvements Why This is The Place for You Our culture is what sets us apart.
