Job Description
Our Supply team are the team that fuels our customers, literally! Supply at Z Energy looks after the whole fuel supply chain and maintenance of our diverse and large asset portfolio to ensure we have what we need, where we need it.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Uru Hua Head of Assets to lead our asset management and property functions. As a vital member of the Supply Leadership team, you will ensure that our operations align with the Z Why, embody our values, and uphold our commitments.

You will have the opportunity to:

Lead engineering, maintenance, and environmental risk management functions to maximize value and ensure safe, reliable operations across Z's asset base.

Generate innovative options for the short, medium, and long-term use of Z's assets and property portfolio.

Contribute to the development and delivery of our Supply Investment stream strategy, enhancing our capability and culture.

Provide enterprise leadership to support the Supply Investment Stream in delivering value, fostering a strong culture, and maintaining safe operations.

Qualifications
What you'll bring to Z:

Strong commercial acumen with the demonstrated ability to apply successful thinking strategies to solve problems and make informed decisions. A strong understanding of business operations and strategies is essential.

Experience as an enterprise leader and strategic enabler. In this role you will bring proven expertise as a change agent and influencer, with the ability to drive employee engagement and create a high-performing environment through effective strategies, solutions, and training.

Experience in systematically identifying and engaging with stakeholders, coupled with strong planning and implementation skills.

Experience in oil and gas, logistics/supply chain, manufacturing or chemical manufacturing.

The base salary range for this role is $258,000 to $296,700 per annum, plus 20% STI based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
