Ttm Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced TTM Operations Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management of crews as well as liaising with clients around TTM requirements. We are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter who is positive, communicates well, and can find solutions to current and potential clients' needs. This role is suited to a candidate who is experienced in the TTM field with management experience.Qualifications & Experience3+ years of experience in a similar roleRelevant vehicle licensesEssential TTM qualifications for the positionStrong organisational and communication skillsStrong ability to multi-taskReliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changeTasks & ResponsibilitiesManage all requested client TTM requirementsManage and oversee supervisors' day-to-day TTM activities and schedulingPlan for, implement, and maintain change and continual improvement to 'best practice'Report on the performance of our operational teams to both internal and external partiesProvide generalist support if requiredTo be eligible for this position, you must currently be living in NZ and have a legal right to work in this country (i.e., NZ Citizenship, be a permanent resident, or hold full working rights).
