This role is integral in leading the design and submission of Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) within your team. You will blend technical expertise with managerial responsibilities, driving efficiency and utilisation among TTM Designers while also mentoring and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Your leadership will be key in managing subcontractor relationships and ensuring a seamless project delivery. Key responsibilities: Develop and oversee budgets for TMP projects, monitor expenditures, and provide financial reports to senior management. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality. Ensure compliance with business processes and legislative standards while implementing compliance improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. Lead and develop TM Designers through coaching, training, and fostering a positive team culture. Oversee the TMP request and allocation process, ensuring timely submissions and approvals while maintaining visibility across departments. As the TTM Design lead, you will be passionate about safety, innovation, and team development and hold the below desired attributes: A TTMP Planning Warrant (or equivalent). Tertiary qualification(s) in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or Project Management. Proven leadership in large teams, managing project timelines and resources effectively.
