Total Tv Technology Solution(S)

TVNZ expects to approach the market shortly to procure a technology solution(s) to help enable the converged selling of our online and offline audiences to customers.
Aligning the transaction of our AV products (linear and TVNZ+) will enable TVNZ to deliver the functional aspects of TVNZ's Total TV project.
The Total TV technology solution(s) will either work with some of the current commercial tech stack, or form a complete end-to-end solution.
The scope of the procurement is expected to include, but not be restricted to the purchase of: a single interface that enables the selling and billing of our online and offline inventory.
a data enrichment product that uses live audience data from TVNZ+ (VOD and Live), TVNZ 1, TVNZ 2 and DUKE to enable dynamic cross-platform buying decisions.
a product to enable the commercial optimisation of live and FAST channels.
a demand side platform for Total TV.
As well as supporting improved commercial opportunities, the programme will transform TVNZ's capabilities and support new ways of working, offering simplicity, scale and efficiency.
TVNZ expects the opportunity to be of interest to companies that can demonstrate proven commercial media tech solution experience.
TVNZ expects to issue an Expression of Interest / Registration of Interest (EOI/ROI) document to GETS by the end of August 2024.
Suppliers who are shortlisted through the EOI/ROI process are expected to be invited to participate in a closed Competitive Dialogue and Request for Proposals process.
