Thai Chef

We are looking for 2 hard working Thai Chef to join our busy kitchen at our restaurant in Auckland.   An ideal candidate will have the following: -    -  With minimum 3 years' experience in Thai cuisine, -    - have good knowledge with traditional Thai ingredients and cooking technics. -    -  can work as a team as well as working independently. -    - can manage all kitchen tasks and cook according to our menu -    - able to work under pressure and complete each dish in timely manner. -    -  must be reliable and good character, have a good standard of hygiene. and most importantly have a good attitude.   Duty tasks including the following: - Prepare traditional Thai food with Thai ingredients - be able to plan exciting menus with cost calculation - ensure kitchen supply is at optimal level, make order when necessary. - Good kitchen managing skills and quality control at all stages  - good staff management skills (hiring, training and staff management) - good time management - Attention to details - honest and reliable  What we can offer: ·         Work Location: Auckland ·         Position available:  Chef   – 2 vacancies. ·         Employment type: Full time permanent ·         Hourly rate: $ 31.61 - $ 35.00 /hour gross, depending on your experience. ·         Hours per week: A minimum of 30 hours per week, no more than 60 hours per week depending on roster.  ·         Working hour: Monday to Sunday, 10:30:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M, depending on roster . ·         Immediate starts available. ·         Friendly staff and team to support you. ·         Basic training is provided.   If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now'.
