You Must Have Leadership skills so the team don't quit when you say "let's regression test everything."
Experience in rocket surgery, or the industry best practice for testing processes.
The patience of a saint dealing with last-minute feature requests.
Jedi-level skills in predicting where users will click the wrong thing.
A sense of humour (trust us, you'll need it).
A proven track record of surviving multiple production releases.
