You'll engage and support the team by communicating and setting objectives. You'll also manage the accurate and timely capture of data ensuring all systems are updated as per operational requirements.
Reporting to (and acting as, in their absence, a 2IC) to the Floor Manager, you'll provide support in leading the team in accordance with NZ Post's values and vision as well as managing resources within the operational needs and budget for the Processing area.
You will need to be the type of person who takes a hands-on approach, demonstrating a commitment to safety and fostering a high performing, positive team culture. You might be in a similar role and considering a change, or you may have been told that you are ready and able to step up into a supervisory position.
