Test Automation Engineer

Job Description And Responsibilities Our team is responsible for Test Automation frameworks and infrastructure, including creating and maintaining our tools and processes.
This includes supporting Product Engineering Teams on their Test Automation journeys so they can ensure that the product can be delivered quickly with a high level of quality.
We also collaborate on proof of concepts with teams that they leverage to take ownership of their own coverage decisions and implementation.
Test Automation can be challenging so we need someone who can genuinely provide support to testers and developers alike.
You will work closely with platform architects to ensure that new tools and technologies are testable, and that automation is practical and applicable.
Activities focus on influencing, supporting, training, and encouraging the development of engineers to become confident at applying automation approaches within their teams.
You will not be responsible for writing automated tests, rather you will be responsible for providing the infrastructure and knowledge others will use to write tests.
This is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications 3 or more years of work experience Proven automation experience in C# (or similar), API Automation Experience in mentoring and development of juniors 2 or more years background in development, testing or technology role Functional Testing experience Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
