Auckland Council Libraries is the largest public library service in Australasia and the Library and Learning Services unit delivers services and content at scale across the network of 56 community libraries and our regional research and heritage services.
We are seeking an energetic, creative and highly organised Programme Lead to work in the Library & Learning Services team. This is an important role for providing programme leadership and management across the activities of the unit.
You can expect to be involved in the ongoing review, development and delivery of key regional reading programmes, exhibition and publishing activities, and unit-wide and team planning across large and diverse regional library responsibilities.You'll have the flexibility to apply your own ideas and creative side to help us continuously develop our reputation for excellence in regional library services.

You will be experienced in project management and business planning and love the challenge of working on a variety of different initiatives. Commitment to continuous improvement and applying learnings from insights will be evident in your previous experiences. You'll excel in organisational skills and love bringing plans and ideas to life.

Highly developed management strengths including personal resilience and the ability to align effort to strategy and vision
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
