We are looking for an enthusiastic telemarketer with a strong work ethic to find leads and set client appointments with the sales team. Who we are Spot X Cleaning is a franchise commercial cleaning company based in Auckland. We provide professional cleaning services to Health, Business & Industry, Leisure, Sports & Entertainment, and Education. About the role This position is an outbound B2B Lead Generation role. You will be responsible for contacting businesses on behalf of Spot X Cleaning to generate sales appointments. Making outbound calls Converting outbound calls to qualified appointments Attending Monthly in-person meetings in Auckland Participating in Weekly Virtual Sales Meetings This role is best suited to money motivated and target driven professionals. No cleaning related experience is needed as we will provide you full paid training for this role. What we offer Full training and ongoing support from an experienced and supportive team. Great work life balance working from your home office. Basic wage + uncapped commissions and bonus per each lead you generate. Calling Times: 10 hours per week, or more Monday to Friday Between 9 am and 4pm (Negotiable) Hourly rate: $25 Bonus: $10 + $100 You will get paid an extra $10 for each lead you get, then another extra $100 bonus when our sales reps close the deal. More leads you make, the more money you make. To be successful for the role you will need: Proven experience in cold calls or phone-based sales experience Confidence in speaking on the phone and making calls Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent phone manner and customer service skills Proven experience using Microsoft Office and CRM system Basic computer skills for admin tasks The drive to succeed and make a difference Experience using CRM is ideal but not essential What you need: No Telephone Needed. Have your own computer with a reliable internet connection USB headset with microphone Windows operating system with Windows 10 or above A dedicated home office space away from distractions Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as a Lead Generation Role?
