At Sky New Zealand, we're looking for a Technology Partner Manager to shape and manage our partnerships, ensuring that our services are delivered effectively and efficiently within an optimized cost model.In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our procurement team and technology leaders to establish a robust partner 'operate' framework. Your focus will be on enhancing our partnerships with key providers like TCS, Netcracker, and Tech Mahindra, ensuring seamless service delivery that aligns with our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Oversee partner resource forecasting and annual planning.Develop and implement productivity improvement plans with our partners.Ensure that partner services align with Sky TV's delivery plans and budget.Monitor and report on partner performance against KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement.Collaborate with the PMO to support our Chief Technology & Digital Officer in executing our strategic vision.Minimum Requirements:Extensive experience in managing global outsourced partners, particularly in a senior role within IT planning.Proven track record in partner management, procurement, or operations within an outsourced environment.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data insights for decision-making.Excellent communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration and engagement across teams.If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and elevate our technology partnerships, we want to hear from you!Please note that you must have the right to work in New Zealand or hold a valid work visa for at least 12 months from joining Sky.At Sky, we understand that conventional recruitment processes may limit some individuals.
