Your Role
Joining the IAG Claims Platform Technology team, you'll be part of a technology products and services division that creates market differentiation through deployment of resilient, innovative technology and contemporary methods, at scale.
As a key liaison between business subject matter experts and agile development teams, you'll define and refine our Guidewire claims solution to optimally meet business needs within known constraints (time, budget, quality, regulations, and others).

You'll be passionate about developing your technical business analysis skills to best practice and delivering enhanced customer and business outcomes. About You
Solid years of practical, hands-on experience as a Business Analyst with strong ability to elicit and write value-based stories (both functional and non-functional) and be great at communicating those stories effectively to the team.
Demonstrated coaching experience with stakeholders not familiar with the Agile methodology.
Solid understanding of Insurance and/or Financial Service industries, and Claims Management process knowledge being a big bonus.
Broad project delivery skills with enthusiasm to wear different hats (including QA/user experience) to get things done.
