Onside is seeking an experienced technical team lead to join our dynamic team at Christchurch, as an agri-tech SaaS scale-up born out of Canterbury, New Zealand. The ideal candidate has the ability to develop and maintain robust, scalable, and effective software applications adhering to best practices and coding standards. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 per year and the opportunity to work on impactful projects in a hybrid workplace environment.
Qualifications for Technical Team Lead:
Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
Must have senior-level coding expertise with Core and .NET framework.
Experience in agile methodologies and Kanban.
Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous deployment technologies, including Git and Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities for Technical Team Lead:
Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient software applications using Core and .NET frameworks.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior members, fostering best practices in software development, coding techniques, and design patterns.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical workshops to ensure code quality and scalability of software solutions.
