Our award-winning Customer Experience Team An exciting opportunity exists to join our award-winning customer experience team, as a Technical Support Representative. This role can be based in our Napier or Christchurch office and will see you lead experience moments, responding to our customers over the phone, on webchat, via email, and social media messaging. You will be helping our customers with their broadband and home technology support needs, including getting customers connected, troubleshooting, answering technical queries, assisting with router configuration, provisioning of services, and diagnosing Wi-Fi issues, product information, and making sure our customers have a hassle-free broadband connection in their homes.
