Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Support Officer to join our IT team in our waterfront Auckland CBD offices. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and organised Level 1 technical support as required to our IT team. Our busy network team provides L1 and L2 support to users across NZ.
The value you'll add
Troubleshoot user problems, working with our automated help desk fault logging system
Imaging new hardware for deployment to users
Software support on MS Office products, and other Colliers platform products
Responding to Supplier queries
Training staff to use Colliers system as required
Qualifications Studying towards or have completed a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and common software applications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality support
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
