Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join our technical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing technical assistance to our Out of Home customers (OOH - fuel stations, cafés, and hotels etc) and administrative support to 3 of our skilled technicians maintaining our coffee machinery.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Provide phone and email assistance on the technical service support lineCommunicate and liaison with internal technicians and OOH customers with the aim to resolve technical issues via phoneEscalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolutionMaintain systems data including accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutionsSupporting the implementation of Salesforce to the businessLoading and facilitation of oil channel general services monthlySetup, amend and terminate of general services agreementsQualificationsTo be the best Technical Support Administrator, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
Atleast 2 years customer services experiencePrevious barista and coffee machine experience – AdvantageSAP experience - AdvantageStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new technologies quicklyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyValid Unrestricted Work VisaAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you?
