Job DescriptionWe currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Technical Coordinator to join our professional technical support team based in East Tamaki. As the Technical Coordinator you will be responsible for the coffee machinery management of our Out of Home (petrol stations, café's and business centres) customers.
In the role you will be responsible for:
Coordinating and scheduling machinery installations, de-installations, swaps, and repairs.Organizing refurbishment activities to meet second-hand equipment demand.Maintaining accurate machinery and equipment records in Salesforce, including stock movements.Managing workshop schedules and balancing on-site repairs.Collaborating with sales, technical teams, and third-party providers to ensure readiness for installations and deinstallations, including freight and site preparation.Handling technical issue calls, logging jobs in Salesforce, and escalating as needed.Overseeing the deinstallation process to ensure timely completion.Keying installation order management for machinery delivery.Proactively resolving technical and logistical challenges.QualificationsTo be the best Technical Coordinator, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
