Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Syndicate leader, Middle leadership
Sandspit Road School is seeking a dedicated team leader to join our kura initially in the Phase One (0–3) area depending on the strengths and experience of the successful candidate.
We are looking for an experienced educator who is committed to providing high-quality education, passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment, while upholding our core values of community, relationships, learning and individuality.
As a team leader, you will support a team of kaiako, guide their professional growth, and contribute to enhancing tamariki achievement and wellbeing; therefore, experience in Structured Literacy, Assessment for Learning and PB4L is advantageous.
There is an additional unit available for leadership in EOTC, PB4L or sport.
