Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Business Analyst to join our team for a CRM transformation project.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical/technology transformations and a deep understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems. This role requires a self-starter who can independently identify and pursue tasks without constant direction.Responsibilities:Engage with stakeholders to collect detailed business and technical requirements.Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.Conduct thorough assessments of current systems and processes.Define and document the desired future state, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.Drive the project forward by actively finding and resolving issues.Work closely with data teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Create, store, and manage project documents and information within the Microsoft DevOps environment.If this sounds like you then APPLY NOW!
