Primary Responsibilities: Client Consultation & Solutions Design
You'll consult with clients to fully understand their needs and provide tailored AV solutions, including displays, video conferencing, lighting, staging, and sound systems. You will advise clients on the latest technologies to elevate their events and operations, always ensuring the best possible outcome. Business Development & Relationship Management
Actively seek out new business opportunities while maintaining a strong rapport with existing clients. You will be responsible for driving new AV business, following up on quotes, and securing deals that align with the client's and company's objectives. Project Management & Technical Support
You'll oversee complex AV rentals, coordinating with the operations team to ensure seamless setup and execution. As the point of contact for clients, you'll also handle any issues that arise, ensuring prompt resolution. Financial & Operational Accountability:
You will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets by executing action plans and processing quotes, confirmations, and billing details efficiently. Additionally, you will assist operations when necessary, ensuring technical work is completed on schedule without compromising your sales responsibilities.

This role is based in Hamilton, the client is also open to an experienced AV Technician who is based in region or wants to move to the region, and into Account Management. Full training will be provided, in sales etc. You will need to in New Zealand and have New Zealand work experience to be short-listed for this role btw.
