Team Manager Purchasing ServicesDo you have specialist procurement and purchasing expertise? If you've said 'Yes', then this is a great opportunity to lead the team in purchasing services and support users of MSD's Finance Management Information System.
You'll need to be someone who thrives on the success of their team and lets others shine. Your team has a broad and diverse range of skills and experience, and this will excite you and challenge you. Day-to-day you will be:
Providing procurement and purchasing expertise and guidance to your team and the wider businessProviding staff with clear leadership and direction in line with the Commercial Operations Group's strategic directionDeveloping and implementing capability skills assessments of the teamCompleting all management activities such as recruitment, induction and performance issuesPlanning and prioritising purchasing servicesMonitoring trends to identify improvement opportunitiesDeveloping and maintaining strong effective working relationshipsThis great role is based at our National Accounting Centre in Rotorua.
Salary range: $120,870.00 - $150,416.00
