Day-to-day you will be: Providing procurement and purchasing expertise and guidance to your team and the wider business Providing staff with clear leadership and direction in line with the Commercial Operations Group's strategic direction Developing and implementing capability skills assessments of the team Completing all management activities such as recruitment, induction and performance issues Planning and prioritising purchasing services Monitoring trends to identify improvement opportunities Developing and maintaining strong effective working relationships We're keen for you to bring your upbeat, optimistic attitude to our strong, positive workplace culture.
